As a service to our patients, we will submit the initial bill to most insurance companies. If your secondary insurance information is on file with us, we will also bill your secondary insurance. Not all insurance plans pay the same benefits or apply the same deductible, thus there may be a balance due after insurance has paid.
To reduce filing problems and payment delays, please make sure that all your insurance information on file with us is up to date.
Our goal is to offer our patients quality health care services at affordable rates. You can help us by providing us accurate, up-to-date information about your insurance each time you visit our office. Please bring your current ID and insurance card to each visit. Insurance Companies often changing ID numbers, scope of covered services and pre-authorization requirements. Maintaining accurate information on your account helps reduce delays in processing your claims.
It's important that you know your benefits.
Please contact your insurance company to make sure you understand your coverage and to verify that we are a participating provider under your specific plan. We work with hundreds of insurance companies and are not responsible for services that are not covered. Your insurance is ultimately a contract between you and your insurance company and any resulting charges after insurance has paid will be your responsibility.
